The elderly in our society often find themselves to be the "forgotten ones," and many are isolated, with no family or support network.

Bringing cheer to isolated seniors one gifts at a time.

Calgary is currently on the edge of a rising tide of seniors. The increasingly diverse nature of older adults will impact our communities and challenge the way many services are delivered in our city.

"Thank-you for the beautiful Christmas git bag, with all of the lovely gifts inside, which I really do appreciated."

We are thrilled to announce that Seniors Secret Service was one of 20 non-profit organizations selected to design a fibreglass horse for the Spruce Meadow’s “Horse Jump to Give a Leg Up” competition.

We are very fortunate to have Calgary artist Elizabeth Laishley design our horse.    Elizabeth has exhibited in New York, Germany, Mexico and Alberta including as a featured artist at the Calgary Stampede –Western Showcase in 2012 and 2013.

On Saturday, June 7th all of the horses will be set up in groups on the International Ring at Spruce Meadows. They will be profiled and introduced during the first competition that morning and will also get noticed during the Parade of Nations.

After the ‘National’ Tournament “The Herd” will move throughout the Spruce Meadows grounds for the duration of the summer.    Starting June 3rd you will be able to go online to view the horses and bid on your favourite.
