Demographic trends suggest that there’s a growing portion of seniors who do not have family or a support network. This means that throughout the year, seniors in our community can often feel lonely and forgotten. Our primary goal is to prevent this from happening.

To make a donation, donate online through ATB Cares or https://www.canadahelps.org/en/charities/seniors-secret-service/  or you can  send a cheque by mail.  All donations are eligible for a tax receipt.  We could not touch the lives of isolated seniors without donors like you who support our cause.

Seniors Secret Service has a large donor base of individuals, service clubs and organizations that contribute resources in the form of gift-in-kind donations. Seniors Secret Service has a large donor base of individuals, service clubs and organizations that contribute resources in the form of gift-in-kind donations. During the 2022 Christmas Cheer program we connected over 6,400 isolated or lonely seniors with Secret Santas.  This was a 20% increase (1000 seniors) over last year. On average, volunteers spend approximately $125 – $150 for each senior.

While the cost of supplying most of the Christmas gifts to the seniors is covered by the Secret Santas, the organization pays for year round office/warehouse rent, office expenses, birthday gift items, delivery, seasonal warehouse space for the Christmas Cheer program, gifts for seniors not having a Secret Santa, seasonal help, trucking, boxes and staffing costs.

At Seniors Secret Service, we’re extremely grateful to the organizations who have shown us incredible support. Read more about the amazing organizations who sponsor us.
